New Years day and there's a perfect tide for a
beach painting. And then I'm invited to join a group of friends who are
gathering at Dillon Beach North of Marin to celebrate the first day of
the year. I feel flattered and decide to meet new folks and a new beach.
It was a perfect day (although a bad arrangement for good pics, oh
well!) on an excellent canvas.
The image on the left here is what this one looked like from above (but
the overlook was a bit too low to get a good shot). It was 100ft long.
